    Executive and philanthropist. Chairman of the Pabst Brewing Company, Perlstein also served as board president of the Perlstein Foundation and as a director of the Pabst Breweries Foundation. He was an IIT trustee from 1935 until 19xx, chairing the university’s board from 1967-71. During his tenure as chair, the university acquired Chicago-Kent College of Law and established the Stuart School of Management and Finance. Perlstein Hall is named in his honor.
