An Invitation To Tell Us More (Brief optional essay)
Applicants to the College of Architecture are strongly encouraged to submit an additional brief essay in response to the Common Application’s “Invitation To Tell Us More.” Here is the place to describe any art or design awards, jobs or internships, extra-curricular art and design classes, summer pre-college programs and any other activity or achievement that highlight your years in high school and have helped prepare you to study architecture and design.
Teacher/Counselor Evaluations or Letters of Recommendation
Give the Common Application evaluation forms to a teacher (or your counselor) who knows your academic work well and can write about your strengths as a student choosing architecture as their major. One letter is required but up to three are accepted. The evaluation form or letter can be submitted electronically by the teacher through the Common Application.

Ask your high school counselor to submit your official secondary school transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
