INTM's Blake Davis Leads Sun Times on Tour of The Plant
INTM Instructor, Blake Davis, recently led a group of Chicago Sun Times reporters on a tour of The Plant, the site of his ongoing IPRO project at IIT. Sun Times reporter, Anthony Todd, called The Plant "the most exciting sustainable food project in Chicago", citing its use of waste products that are generated everyday.
