Innovation Overview for Executives, SC 827

About this Course:
Executives will get a clear view of the innovation strategy and process from 30,000 feet. At the conclusion of the overview, executives will leave with specific ideas for revenue growth and key tools for leadership to launch a culture of innovation. Executives will gain action items to pursue innovation in their organization

1. Bring corporate operational and financial performance data to better understand benefits of innovation
2. Bring a laptop for practice different aspects of innovation

Executives such as CEOs, COOs, CIOs, Vice Presidents, Directors, and innovation champions.

Expected Outcomes:
After completing the class, participants will meet the following objectives:
