IIT students profiled on CNN Small Businesses
Anica Jovanova (M.S. IARC '09) was one of three IIT students profiled in a recent article on CNNMoney.com. The piece featured a student-run company called eMotion, which produces a device in the form of a necklace that enables young girls to communicate with one another wirelessly and safely. The idea for the wireless communication device originated in an award-winning IIT entrepreneurial project (EnPro 354) that began in fall 2007.
Jovanova is co-designer and web manager for BFFlessthanthree.com, the website created for the business.
