Current Room Availability
Greetings,Thank you for your interest in applying for a Spring 2013 Room and Board contract. Within 48 hours of admission to IIT and confirmed access to the MyIIT web portal, you will be able to submit your room and board contract online at www.myroom.iit.edu.
At this time, Residence and Greek Life is accepting contracts for all incoming undergraduate and graduate students. Housing availability for apartment style rooms in Carman and Gunsaulus Hall is very limited. Rooms will be assigned in the order that applications are received.
Please email housing@iit.edu if you have any questions about campus housing availability. There are so many advantages to living on campus; however, if you still prefer off-campus housing, please view the off-campus information below for nearby apartment communities and other research tools that could assist you with your search.
