All IIT offices will be closed on Monday, September 6 to commemorate the Labor Day holiday. Because of the holiday, the approved timesheet due for the period August 22 – September 4, for the pay date of Friday, September 10, must be received by the payroll department no later than 4 pm on Thursday, September 02. Please review the deadlines listed below:
Timesheet submission to approvers: End of day Thursday, September 2. Employees may need to estimate the hours they will work on Friday, September 3.
Timesheet approvers: Review your queues and complete approval of all timesheets by noon on Friday, September 3.
Superuser final corrections: Completed by 4 pm on Friday, September 3.
Because the university is closed on Monday, September 6, the timesheets that are normally due to be submitted to approvers by 10 am on this Monday will be due earlier.
The Payroll Office can not guarantee the availability of a paycheck for timesheets received after the above stated deadlines.
