The OTS Support Desk is located in the Galvin Library, Upper Level, and is open all day and all night continuously from Sunday at noon through Friday at midnight. The OTS Support Desk is also open on Saturdays from 8 am – 5 pm.
We started 24 hour service, five days a week, in the Fall 2013 semester as a pilot program and will continue to offer these hours permanently. Please stop by to see us if you have an issue.

Friday: Open until 7 pm; 7 pm – midnight, phone and email support only
Saturday: 8 am – 5 pm
