Reinstatement
Former IIT students who want to return as full-time or part-time undergraduate students must submit an application for reinstatement to the Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs no later than three weeks prior to the week of registration for the semester of intended enrollment.Students who have attended other schools since their last attendance at IIT must submit official transcripts before a decision is made on their reinstatement. Application does not assure acceptance. There is no fee for this procedure.

Application for Undergraduate Reinstatement
This application is for students who previously attended IIT and who wish to resume their studies at IIT as an undergraduate.
We must receive this application by June 15 for Fall re-entry, November 15 for Spring re-entry or April 15 for Summer re-entry.
