NOTE: The information below applies to Main Campus graduate students ONLY. Other students should contact their respective admissions office.
You should report to Illinois Tech by the date listed on your I-20 and no later than the date listed on your I-20. Only under special circumstances may students be allowed to arrive after this date. These circumstances are limited to difficulties in obtaining a visa in a timely manner, unavailability of plane tickets or family emergency. In such cases students need to obtain a letter of extension which would allow them to come late and still be able to register for classes. The last date to register for Main Campus classes for Fall-2014 is September 5th. To obtain an extension letter, please contact the Graduate Admission Office at email@example.com and provide your school ID number.
