The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs assists undergraduate students with questions surrounding transfer credits, academic audits, change of majors, student petitions, and graduation requirements, among other services.

The Office of Graduate Academic Affairs implements graduate academic policies and is a one-stop resource for graduate students, including for academic reviews, degree audits, degree conferrals, and for other needed assistance and counseling.

Staffed by Illinois Tech students, the Academic Resource Center provides peer tutoring in most subjects and courses offered at the university and, in some cases, provides supplemental instruction for, mostly, 100- and 200-level courses.
