In the Certificate in Applied Electromagnetics program, students receive advanced preparation for careers in electromagnetic engineering, particularly in areas of RF circuits and systems, electromagnetic wave propagation, antenna theory, and electromagnetic compatibility.
Career Opportunities
An advanced education opens up a variety of career opportunities.
Certificate programs typically require a set of three to four courses that must be completed in three years with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Note: some courses in the certificate program may have prerequisites.
Students who are admitted to master’s degree programs may apply coursework previously taken in a certificate program toward the requirements for the master’s degree.
