More in Center for Cyber Security and Forensics Education (C²SAFE)

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the National Security Agency have designated Illinois Institute of Technology as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education. C2SAFE is at the core of Illinois Tech's designation.

C²SAFE also has partnerships with the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and the United States Strategic Command (USTRATCOM) North American Defense and Security Academic Alliance (NADSAA) to expand opportunities with the government community for student internships that result in being awarded a security clearance, and funding. These partnerships recognize Illinois Tech as an institution rooted in security education, and research.

We invite you to collaborate with Illinois Tech’s Center for Cyber Security and Forensics Education (C2SAFE). Illinois Tech’s C2SAFE is a collaborative space where business, government, academia, and security professionals intersect.

Collaborators work on projects, conduct research, educate, and train to advance the field of cyber security and forensics.

Join us in advancing cyber security and forensics. Participation in the activities of the Center are open to anyone interested in the field.
