The Microsoft OneDrive integration in Canvas allows students and instructors to easily attach files that are stored in their personal OneDrive account into Canvas for sharing with others.
As an instructor, you can share files in your OneDrive account with these steps
- Click the “+” sign in a module
- Select “External Tool” from the dropdown that appears
- Select “Microsoft OneDrive from the list of tools
- Navigate your file structure to locate the file you wish to share
- Press “Select”
- Press “Add Item”
- Publish the item to share with students
