Ronald Kowalczyk

Ronald Kowalczyk has been teaching business law for entrepreneurs at the Stuart School of Business since 2015. His courses cover various areas of law including basic contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.

He is also a partner at Kowalczyk Law Offices which concentrates in complex litigation for plaintiffs and defendants in many business areas, including corporate law, commercial contracts, labor and employment, intellectual property, and antitrust law with extensive experience with startup companies including in the areas of formation, fundraising, contract negotiations, licensing, compensation, governance, and intellectual property protection.
