DIY Solar Panel Charger Workshop with Engineers for a Sustainable World

Armour College of Engineering students are invited to join Illinois Tech's Engineers for a Sustainable World Student Chapter for a DIY Solar Charger Workshop. Solar energy is good for a sustainable world and easy to harness. At this event you will learn the benefits of solar electricity, how to solder, and best practices in solar power system design.

Due to limited supplies, only the first 15 students who sign-up will take home their own solar-powered phone charger. Other participants can join in the build and learn more about the role solar energy plays in sustainability.
