Description
I plan to give a series of talks, introducing the framework of energetic variational approaches (EnVarA) and its applications in complex fluids and biology. Examples include polymeric fluids, viscoelastic materials, liquid crystals, and magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). Moreover, I will spend more time on the transport of charged particles in biological environments. Both modeling and mathematical issues will be discussed and explored.
