Abstract:
The presentation focuses on the evolution of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and how successful CSR efforts can bolster a company's brand, boost employee morale, and lead to favorable perceptions about the company. Through examples and research we will explore how some companies have excelled at CSR while others have made mistakes, and then analyze the important role that social media can play in a company's public engagement and CSR outcomes.
