Description

Levy's talk will review work in his lab over the last several years concerning the construction and analysis of energy and fitness landscapes for protein-ligand binding and allosteric transitions. Levy will discuss both structure-based approaches employing molecular dynamics free energy simulations and sequence-based approaches employing Potts models. Examples are chosen from HIV family proteins and Kinase family proteins.
