Family STEM Hour: WeDo & Mindstorms Robotics

In collaboration with the Midwest Torrance Center for Creativity, Family STEM Hour events engage children in varied science experiences while their parents participate in a concurrent workshop to help them sustain their child's interest in STEM. On November 3, students in grades 1-4 will work with a partner to build and program a WeDo robot, while older students will work in pairs to design and program a Mindstorms robot. Click here to register. Parents must complete a participation waiver and accompany their children. A $25 registration fee applies per child.
