Finals Week at Paul V. Galvin Library
Finals getting you down? Stop by the Paul V. Galvin Library for some fun, stress-relieving finals week activities! We have all the tools you need to succeed this finals season.
Struggling with writer’s block? Tutors from the Writing Center will be on the upper level of the library at the following dates and times:
- Monday, November 25: 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Monday, December 2: 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 3: 1–3 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 4: 1–3 p.m.
Our librarians and research assistants are also available to assist you seven days a week, and ARC tutors will be available on Monday, December 2–Thursday, December 5, from 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and on Friday, December 6, from 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Need a study snack? Free coffee and cookies will be available on Tuesday, December 3 and Wednesday, December 4 in the library lobby at 8 p.m. How about some puppy love? Therapy dogs will be in the library on Tuesday, December 3, and Wednesday, December 4 on the upper level of the library from noon–1:30 p.m.
Finding it difficult to relax? Come check out our stress relief stations on the upper level! We have coloring sheets, paper crafts, games, and puzzles. If you’ve been having too much fun with our activities and it’s finally time to lock in, we also have lots of great study spaces, including our designated quiet zone and our group study rooms!
