Armour College of Engineering Students are invited to attend a lecture hosted by the Jules F. Knapp Entrepreneurship Center featuring Adarsh Arora, founder and CEO of Reputada and Lisle Technology Partners. The topic of the lecture will be How to Bootstrap Your Startup from the Ground Up. Arora will share his experiences in financing five start-ups where the financing ranged from government labs to advance payments from potential customers.

Speaker Bio

Adarsh is a founder and CEO of Reputada and Lisle Technology Partners. He was a founder and CEO of Athena Security which was acquired by Solar winds (NYSE: SWI) in August 2012. Prior to Athena, Adarsh had created, managed and nurtured multiple successful start-ups (Peritus Software Services and Vista Technologies) to maturity, including an IPO that created a $500 million market capitalization. Currently Adarsh is also the Coleman Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Illinois Tech. Adarsh will share his experiences in financing five start-ups where the financing ranged from government labs to advance payments from potential customers.
