Join the Department of Information Technology and Management's Discover DevOps Seminar Series Tuesday March 16 to hear stories from Ade Maron (ITM '16), as she describes the day to day operations of a service desk as well as her journey from entry level to a service desk lead for Clayco. She will discuss the technology used, how service desks make the tough decision, and how to handle infinite requests with limited time and resources. Ade was a four–year member of the Illinois Tech Women’s Soccer team.
