Overview
The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically impacted and changed how we go about our daily lives and tasks. How we practice our leadership skills has been no exception. It is important to stop and reflect on how COVID has changed what leadership looks like in order to grow and learn from these changes. This Seminar will look at previous case studies where leadership has changed and study patterns pertaining to how leadership evolved in stressful times. We will explore how leadership could look moving forward in a post-COVID world.
Objectives
- Discuss strategies to navigate leadership in light of COVID
- discuss what aspects of leadership we can expect to keep post-COVID
- Analyze and discuss how COVID forced remote leadership and what that means for future leadership
- Encourage students to think critically about how their leadership styles
have changed over the course of the pandemic.
- Provide a reflection and overview of leadership in COVID as is see today.
