Description

The M. A. and Lila Self Leadership Academy presents a talk on “Managing Conflict using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.” This event will take place on Saturday, October 14, from 10 a.m.–Noon in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Ballroom. This event is open to the public.

As you navigate through life, both during college and afterwards, conflict is unavoidable. That is why it is important to have the tools and mindset to manage conflict when it arises. This seminar is designed to empower participants with an understanding of conflict resolution by integrating the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) into the process. During this seminar, participants will explore their personality type, get a deeper understanding of others, and learn how to use these discoveries to manage conflict. Join us for this seminar to gain confidence in your conflict resolution skills and develop your ability to work effectively with others.
