The American Academy of Arts & Sciences is hosting the Morton L. Mandel Public lecture with the topic of Managing the Benefits and Risks of Nuclear, Biological, and Information Technologies. The talk will feature James M. Acton of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Elisa D. Harris from Center for International and Security Studies at Maryland, Herbert Lin from Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University and Robert Rosner of University of Chicago.
