The Office of Campus Energy and Sustainability is hosting the March Sustainability Forum featuring Rob McHugh, Director of Operations and Community Development at Chicago Biofuels. During the forum, McHugh will discuss how Chicago Biofuels recycles used cooking oil from restaurants by turning it into biofuel. Learn about the growth of the local and national market and efforts at creating a sustainable infrastructure for its adaptation. Lunch will be provided (vegetarian options available).

Students will earn Themes Credit in Energy for attending.
