Armour College of Engineering Students are invited to attend the 2015 Dale Webster Lecture in Biology, hosted by the College of Science. The lecture will feature Eric D. Wieben, Professor of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Co-Director of the Climonics Program, and Director of the Medical Genome Facility at the Mayo Clinic. Wieben will present his lecture: ​Medical Genomics 2015: Fact, Fiction & Fantasy; the Genome from A to N.

Medical genomics is a rapidly evolving field of scientific discovery. Wieben will discuss his work for Mayo’s Individualized Medical Clinic, which serves patients with advanced cancer and rare and undiagnosed diseases.

A reception will follow the lecture in the MTCC Ballroom.
