Mies’ 135th Birthday Party

Ludwig Mies van der Rohe is turning 135 and you’re invited!

Our celebration will highlight noteworthy archival architectural drawings of Mies’ long-span projects and prairie gardens. Festivities also include considerations of the work of Madame Phyllis Lambert, Ph.D (M.S. ARCH ‘63) and College of Architecture leaders James Baird, William Baker, Paul Endres, Helmut Jahn (M.S. ARCH ’67), Jong Soung Kimm (M.S ARCH ’64), and Keith Olsen Sr. (ARCH ’70).
