Description

The evaluation of the long term effects of some agricultural practises (GM, Pesticides, bio, ... ) on the environment is a fundamental element for establishing safe and efficient agricultural policies. However, due to the spatial and time scales where such evaluation is pertinent, such evaluation is a difficult task and often the statistical studies are prone to a lot of controversies. I will present a modelling approach based on PDE motivated by this type of problematic. I will briefly expose the main aspect of the model and the results we have obtained.
