THINK CHICAGO: White Sox and Illinois Tech
This collaboration event connects employers from Chicago Tech companies with Illinois Tech students working on exciting Tech projects. Led by Mayor Rahm Emanuel with ChicagoNEXT of World Business Chicago, it is part of the "ThinkChicago Roadshow," which brings Chicago’s tech leaders to visit top business and engineering schools across the country and showcase career-building opportunities.
The event includes exhibits of Illinois Tech Student Projects followed by presentations by key business leaders, a tour of Guaranteed Rate Field with Jonathan Reinsdorf, a White Sox game, networking, and dinner.
Who can Attend?:
- Illinois Tech students in CS/CE, design, business/entrepreneurship, and other STEM disciplines
- Administrators, research teams, and other key Illinois Tech stakeholders
- Chicago Tech companies and start-ups
