Example Activities

  • Team-Building Olympics: Organize a series of team-building challenges, such as relay races, puzzle solving, and problem-solving activities. Assign points to each challenge, and at the end, award the team with the highest score. This activity encourages teamwork, leadership, and healthy competition.
  • Develop a Plan: Each student will be provided with a journal, and the instructor will walk the students through several prompts of questions that encourage students to write down those responses in their journal. Students will receive new prompts and questions each week, and by the end of the week, the students will have a detailed plan to share with the class.
