Anand is a Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology scholar whose research has been presented multiple times at international conferences and published in leading journals of management. Her areas of expertise include team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, diversity, and non-traditional work arrangements.
George Langlois
George Langlois is the executive director for the university’s Center for Leadership Studies and Center for Research and Service. Prior to joining the faculty at Illinois Tech, Langlois built and managed two nationally recognized consulting firms specializing in strategically aligning human resources practices and processes with corporate objectives. His areas of expertise include executive assessments and coaching, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement surveys, and change management.
Justin Lombardo
Justin Lombardo is a pioneer in health care learning and performance management, with more than 20 years of experience working as a chief learning officer and global enterprise learning executive for leading health care and technology organizations. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Illinois Tech and has previously held adjunct positions at Northwestern University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Alabama. His areas of expertise include executive development, leadership, performance improvement systems, generational variables, and organizational change.
Alanson Van Fleet
Alanson Van Fleet has a distinguished academic background and more than 20 years of experience as a corporate communications executive for Fortune 500 companies. He now serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Illinois Tech and as a member the university’s Center for Research and Service Advisory Council. His areas of expertise include leadership communication effectiveness, executive coaching, and managing leadership transitions.
