Anand Serves as Panelist at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting

Smriti Anand, Assistant Professor of Management, participated on a recent research panel at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Anaheim, CA. She served as a panelist on a research incubator caucus for leader-member exchange. The other panelists included noted leadership scholars, David Day (University of Western Australia), Terri Scandura (University of Miami), and Ray Sparrowe (Washington University). These researchers drew from multiple perspectives, including relationship development, social network theory, and societal culture to engage the audience in an interactive session designed to guide future developments in LMX theory
