Friday Research Presentations Recap

The Friday Research Presentations in November and December featured IIT Stuart faculty, IIT Stuart students, and other academic leaders.

A few of those who shared their research include: Peter Gloor, of MIT, on “The Stupidity of the Crowd and the Wisdom of the Swarm"; Associate Dean Siva Balasubramanian and Haizhi Wang, Assistant Professor of Finance, on “The Economic Value of Product Placements: New Insights”; Martin Bariff, Associate Professor of Information Systems, on “Big Data Impacts”; and Joel Goldhar, Professor of Operations and Technology Management, on “The Impact of Organization Structure on Economic Performance.”
