Greenphire ClinCard
The Greenphire ClinCard, a reloadable, prepaid card, is the preferred payment method for participant support and other university gift card needs. The ClinCard allows for direct, on-site or virtual disbursement and the Greenphire ClinCard system supplies a convenient administrative tool for loading, tracking, and reporting gift card payments in real-time.
The ClinCard can be used to pay subjects for participation in clinical research as well as participants in non-clinical projects, prizes to current staff members, and support athletic and student programs.
Gift Card Requests
Greenphire requires that a project/study be set up in the system through which gift cards can be issued. To set up a project/study in Greenphire and request gift cards for issuance, please complete the Illinois Tech Greenphire ClinCard Request Form.
Before submitting a request for gift cards, please consider the following:
- Who will be the main contact for the project/study?
- Who will submit the online request?
- Who will need access to Greenphire and what kind of access?
- How many participants will need to receive a gift card?
- How many payments will be issued to recipients and in what amounts?
- What FOAP will be used for project/study payments?
- What are the start/end dates of the project/study?
