Fall 2024 Registration Dates
Registration information for Chicago-Kent College of Law is made available by the Conviser Law Center Registrar's Office in a Quick Guide.
We're looking forward to welcoming you to the Fall 2024 semester! You can find registration policies and other helpful information, including frequently asked questions and a guide to self-service registration, on our Registration page. Please see below for information regarding the start of registration and refer to the Academic Calendar for other important dates, including the add/drop classes deadline.
In general, fall registration began on April 1, 2024.
Institute of Design (ID) Students: Registration for Fall 2024 will begin on August 13 for Graduate Third Year ID and ID Ph.D. students; on August 14 for Graduate Second Year ID students; and on August 15 for Graduate First Year ID students. Please contact the Institute of Design directly with registration questions.
Enrollment and Degree Verification
Illinois Institute of Technology has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verifications.
Enrollment verifications are self-service through our secure website and may only be accessed by currently enrolled students. Lenders download these reports from the clearinghouse. If your lender does not download clearinghouse reports, you can print your enrollment verification and mail it to your lender.
Clearinghouse reports are the national standard in enrollment reports to lenders. You can be assured that your enrollment will be reported every term in a timely manner.
To obtain your enrollment verification:
- Log into the myIIT portal
- Click on the "Academics" tab
- On the left-hand side, you will see a channel/box named "Enrollment Verification;" click on the purple tree icon there and you will be directed to the clearinghouse website
- Now in the clearinghouse student self-service site page, fill in the radio button for "All enrollment" and click on the "Obtain an enrollment certificate" option
New Students: Update Your FERPA Choices
Update your choices regarding the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and the release of your records by completing the FERPA Release of Educational Records form.
