Anand Organizes Symposium to Explore Customized Employment Arrangements

Smriti Anand, Assistant Professor of Management, organized a panel discussion symposium at the recent meeting of the Southern Management Association in Savannah, Georgia. The symposium brought together scholars from multiple disciplines to explore customized employment arrangements (idiosyncratic deals or i-deals), and to propose new research directions.

The interactive session included IIT’s Roya Ayman and other researchers drawing from multiple perspectives, including leadership, organizational justice, social network theory, strategic human resource management, and societal culture.
