Carol Davids and ITM alum Bharat Ramaswamy are panelists in the IEEE ComSoc International Communications Quality and Reliability (CQR) Workshop

CQR 2017 finished strongly today with a rich discussion of the Internet of Things. Below, Director, Real-Time Communications Lab of Illinois Institute of Technology Adjunct Industry Professor of Information Technology and Management Carol Davids opens the day and the Emerging Technologies Panel with (left to right in picture below) Oscar Marcia, Keith Gremban, Bharat Ramaswamy Nandakumar (ITM alum), and Aman Singh of Palindrome.

The IEEE CQR International Workshop is held annually with the purpose of bringing together industry and academic experts to present and discuss communications quality, reliability and security issues as they relate to real world issues. The output from the workshops adds to the community’s body of knowledge and serves to inform, help form opinions, and to assist in the development of best practices and relevant standards.
