Congratulations 2015 Graduates!

IIT College of Science would like to congratulate the students who were officially recognized for their academic achievements during the 146th Commencement Exercise on Saturday, May 16, 2015.

The Illinois Institute of Technology commencement ceremony was officiated by President John L. Anderson whose speech discussed his tenure at IIT as well as the future path of both the university and its graduates.

The commencement address was given by Christine Lagarde, currently managing director of the International Monetary Fund. Madame Lagarde spoke of change and how graduates can shape their own journeys, in addition to mentioning that one of her sons was an IIT 2014-15 graduate.

Saturday’s main ceremony was viewed via live stream in 34 countries around the world.
