Dean Himes hosts alumni luncheons in suburbs

On May 7, 2015, eight alumni from across the western suburbs, and on May 14, 2015, four more alumni from the southern suburbs, met for lunch with Lewis College of Human Sciences Dean Christine L. Himes.

The alumni had graduated in years ranging from 1950 to 2009 and studied everything from Home Economics to Technical Communication and Psychology. The lunches provided an opportunity for Dean Himes to get to know more members of the Lewis College family, and share an update about Lewis College and IIT. Topics ranged from women on campus to our new Provost Frances Bronet. Everyone remarked how they enjoyed visiting with one another and the opportunity to reminisce on their time at IIT.
