FdSN Student Places 3rd in the IFT Oral Competition

FdSN / IIT Student, Yuqiao (Judy) Jin placed third in the Z. John Ordal (Food Microbiology Division): Graduate Student Research Paper Oral Competition at IFT 2016. Judy's research involved, “Thermal Inactivation of Salmonella Agona in a High-Fat Matrix as Influenced by Water Activity."
