IFSH Honored with Leadership Award from Global Midwest Alliance

The Institute for Food Safety and Health—a one-of-a-kind applied food science research consortium composed of Illinois Tech, the United States Food and Drug Administration, and the food industry—was honored with the 2018 Midwest Food Matters Leadership Award from the Global Midwest Alliance. The Flying Food Group, an airline catering company, shared in the award.
