Congratulations to Illinois Tech NECA Chapter for being selected and featured in a National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) national Video Update program! The video showcases the cutting-edge work and opportunities for students to use new lighting and electronics technologies in Illinois Tech's Smart Tech Lab. IIT NECA Student Chapter Advisor and Industrial Technology and Management (INTM) adjunct professor, Dan Tomal, Ph.D is interviewed in the video, discussing the Lab’s state-of-the-art equipment and student projects with NECA President, David Long. IIT alum Doug Hamilton, V.P. of Hubbell and students Myka Chang, Ryan Schonken and Taylor Thompson and Frank Gurtz of Gurtz Electric Co. are also featured in the video.
