Illinois Tech Supply Chain and Manufacturing Job Fair On Campus Showcases Industry Partners
INTM and Illinois Tech Career Services hosted our second Supply Chain and Manufacturing Job Fair on April 11 at IIT’s Mies Campus Hermann Hall. The participating companies – Federal Mogul, M & R Printing Equipment, Telos Logistics, and Ulbrich of Illinois—all made connections with the more than 50 students seeking internships, and full-time jobs to start or move up in their careers in anticipation of their upcoming graduation. INTM Alum, Mardi Adourian (BINTM ’11) is Logistics Development, Implementation Manager at Telos Logistics. He was happy to have the opportunity to recruit from INTM for Load Planning, Logistics Development, and Analyst jobs for his company that provides supply chain solutions for the foodservice industry. This career focused event is designed to help companies make appropriate job and career matches with students who have coursework and experience in one of INTM’s five industrial specializations. With just four companies, employers were able to spend time with students and better understand how INTM prepares students for management positions in industry.
