MSED Presents Seven Workshops at National Science Teacher Association Conference

Faculty, alumni and Ph.D. candidates of the Mathematics and Science Education Department will present seven workshops at the 65th annual meeting of the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) www.nsta.org/conferences/. The conference, “Sun, Surf and Science,” will be held in Los Angeles, CA, March 30-April 2.

Participants include MSED faculty Norman Lederman and Judith Sweeney Lederman, MSED alum Selina Bartels and Ph.D. candidates Dionysius Gnanakkan, Dawnne LePretre, and Juan Jimenez.

NSTA attracts science educators from all over the United States and the world. At this conference, teachers choose from workshops, demonstrations, and presentations covering every discipline, grade level, and teaching focus from grades preK–16.
