Ph.D. Student Laura Haak Awarded Clean Water Scholarship from IWEA

Laura Haak, a Ph.D. student studying environmental engineering at Armour College of Engineering was awarded the 2015 Clean Water Scholarship from the Illinois Water Environment Association (IWEA). The award is intended to aid students studying civil or environmental engineering, environmental science, or wastewater systems operation prepare for careers working with the water environment. Haak received a $1000 check and a plaque at the IWEA Annual Conference Banquet on February 23, 2015 in Champaign, IL.
