Vora Awarded 2015 American Society for Quality (ASQ) Ishikawa Medal
Manu Vora (M.S. CHE '70, Ph.D. '75) was named as the recipient of 2015 American Society for Quality (ASQ) Ishikawa Medal to be presented at the ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement in Nashville, Tennessee on May 3.
This is Vora’s 5th Medal from ASQ, and it was awarded for “his extraordinary commitment to teams in corporate, academic, professional, and philanthropic domains; for his teaching, publishing, and presenting human aspects of quality; for integrating quality management in social responsibility area; for diffusing quality into the Indian Society through education.”
Vora served as an adjunct faculty member at IIT Stuart from 1993-2005.
