Wagman Named Poets & Quants Top 40 Business Faculty

Liad Wagman, Assistant Professor of Economics, has been selected for Poets & Quants’ 2015 Top 40 under 40 business school faculty. Wagman’s research focuses on industrial organization, economics of information, and entrepreneurial finance, with over a dozen publications and nearly 40 invited talks.

During his career at IIT, Wagman has received a $30,000 grant from Yahoo! Labs, a $25,000 ERIF grant for interdisciplinary research from IIT, a fellowship from the Program for Advanced Study in the Social Sciences, the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Outstanding Paper Award, and the Bauer Family Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award.
