IIT issues only electronic statements (e-bills) to students. E-bills are released periodically throughout the semester. When a new statement is available, you will receive an email notification to your IIT email address. Email notifications will also be sent to all authorized users that you approve.
You will receive several preliminary bills 4 to 6 weeks before the start of each semester. Final bills are issued 4 to 6 weeks after the semester begins and represent the official financial record of your student account in that semester.
Manage My Account
Everything related to your student account—e-bills, payment plans, recent account activity—is found through Illinois Tech Portal, Manage My Student Account icon.
You can access your e-bill statements, make payments, set up payment plans, and grant access for others to see your account.
You may grant parents, guardians, sponsors, and other entities access to your online account by adding an Authorized User. Adding an Authorized User is your consent that an individual may view your financial account information and make payments on your behalf.
